At PrismBeam, we’re committed to offering high-quality car lighting products and a smooth shopping experience. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’ve designed our return and warranty policies to be fair, transparent, and customer-focused—while also protecting our operations from misuse.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

If you decide to return a product for personal reasons (such as no longer wanting it or ordering the wrong item), the following terms apply:

Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

You are responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs.

A platform transaction fee (e.g., Shopify, PayPal commission) will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds will only be processed after the product is received and inspected.

Note: Items returned without prior approval or outside the return window will not be accepted.

2. Order Cancellations

If you cancel your order after it has been confirmed but before it ships:
platform transaction fee will still be deducted from the refund (this is a non-refundable cost we incur on every transaction).

🔄 Replacements

We offer free replacements if:
damaged, defective, or incorrect.

24 hours of delivery.

We’ll cover all shipping costs for valid replacement cases.

🛠️ Warranty Claims

2-Year Manufacturer Warranty, valid from the date of purchase.

original purchaser and provide either proof of purchase or product registration.

✅ If the claim is valid: We’ll handle all shipping costs.

❌ If the issue is due to improper installation or false claim: You’ll be responsible for all costs, including return shipping.

Note: Certain small accessories (e.g., LED accents) do not carry a warranty. Report any issues with these within 48 hours of delivery.
