REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At PrismBeam, we strive to deliver the best products and the ultimate shopping experience. Despite our best efforts and due to the scale of operations, there may be instances of mishandling by courier services. If you are dissatisfied with the product or delivery, please contact us at support@prismbeam.com for a prompt resolution. We will endeavor to replace the product to your satisfaction, and if that is not feasible due to operational constraints, we will provide a full or partial refund as necessary.

PRISMBEAM 2 years manufacturer warranty periods start on the date of purchase. You must be the original owner with proof of purchase upon claim or proof of product registration.

Given our commitment to offering car lighting solutions at competitive prices, we sometimes face challenges from rival entities. Misuses such as false reviews, irrelevant returns, repeated order cancellations, rejecting COD orders, returning different products than ordered, unauthentic warranty claims, and keeping freebies while returning the product may incur charges including processing and courier fees, and could lead to account suspension. PrismBeam reserves the right to modify terms and conditions related to the information on this page.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Replacement Policy

We accept replacements for all our products if they are damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong or a defective product. We will cover the return shipping costs in such scenarios. To facilitate the replacement process, please provide a full unboxing video of the package for clarification. This policy applies to both regular and customized products.

For Readymade Products:

  • Damaged Packaging: Our suppliers ensure secure packaging. If the outer packaging is tampered with, please do not accept the package, take pictures, and notify us immediately. We cannot accept returns or refunds for accepted packages that are externally damaged.
  • Damaged or Missing Products: Please keep a full unboxing video of the package showing the unboxing from a well-conditioned outer pack to any damages or missing parts without edits. Without this video, we will not be able to proceed with a return or replacement.
  • Non-Functioning Products: If a product is found to be defective upon delivery and you notify us within 48 hours, we will replace it, provided the product and packaging are in their original condition.

For Customized Products:

  • Custom Orders: Once placed, custom orders, including all floor mats and custom-made headlights or taillights, cannot be canceled or refunded within the normal delivery period of 8 to 15 working days. For cancellations, a processing fee and shipping/return shipping charges will be deducted based on the order value.
  • Delays or Errors by Suppliers: Refunds will only be initiated if our suppliers fail to deliver the package within a week past the delivery date, the product is not as described, or the product is damaged in transit.

Warranty and Claims

All PrismBeam products listed on our website come from various suppliers and are covered by warranties as specified. Warranty claims require the product to include original parts and packaging, and the warranty card must be presented during claims. We cover shipping costs for valid warranty claims. If a warranty claim is found to be due to incorrect installation or is fraudulent, the customer will bear the shipping costs.

Returning a Product Under Warranty: If you need to return a product under warranty, return shipping will follow the same secure packing guidelines as outlined, and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the claim is valid.

Non-Warranted Products: Certain car accessories, like small LED or decoration lights, do not come with a warranty. Any non-functioning products must be reported within 1 to 2 days after delivery for replacement.

Cancellation Policy

By Hotcar: We reserve the right to cancel any order for various reasons, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing, or non-serviceable delivery areas.
By User: We accept cancellation requests if the order has not yet been processed. Once processed, orders may not be canceled; however, returns may be accepted subject to certain conditions.
