Where Does the Item Come From?
Most of our inventory, including RGB style retrofit headlights and taillights, is shipped directly from the PrismBeam warehouse. We utilize UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure reliable shipping. Most products qualify for free shipping, while expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge.

Where Do We Ship and What Are the Costs?
PrismBeam delivers to most addresses across the US and EU. Some locations may have shipping restrictions, detailed below. To ensure prompt delivery, please verify your address for accuracy at the time of ordering. We offer complimentary standard shipping and expedited shipping options, which typically reduce delivery time by 1-3 days, for an additional fee.

Standard Shipping Time
Our order processing time is 1-3 business days, with orders generally arriving within 3-10 business days thereafter.

Holiday Delivery Time
During holiday seasons, processing times extend to 2-4 business days. Shipping can take 3-10 business days post-processing. Note that holidays, adverse weather conditions, and other external factors may impact this schedule. Delays caused by customs processes are beyond PrismBeam's control.

Shipping Restrictions
PrismBeam does not ship to:

  • Post Office Boxes
  • Army Post Office Addresses
  • Hawaii/Alaska

Customs and Regulations
Customers are responsible for checking local postal regulations for restricted items. PrismBeam cannot be held liable for any items not accepted into the destination country.

How Do I Track My Order?
A tracking code will be sent to your email within 5-7 business days of your purchase. Follow the instructions in the email to track your package. If tracking information isn't updated a few days after receipt of the email, please contact support@prismbeam.com.

Tracking Issues
If tracking information remains unavailable 8-10 business days after customs clearance, possible reasons include delays in shipping company updates, incorrect tracking codes, or removal of the package from the tracking system. For assistance, contact our customer service at support@prismbeam.com.

Missed Delivery
If delivery is attempted while you are not home, the courier will generally retry the next business day or direct you to collect your package from their office.

Orders with Multiple Items
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages to minimize shipping costs and potential taxes. Please allow sufficient time for all items to arrive.

Return to Sender
If your order is returned to us, contact support@prismbeam.com immediately for arrangements on replacements. If the return is due to failure in following up with customs or courier, we cannot offer a free replacement or refund. You may need to reorder.

Delivered but Not Received
If the tracking indicates delivery but you haven't received your order, first check with your local post office. Tracking and recovery of orders are the customer’s responsibility. For further assistance, contact our customer service at support@prismbeam.com. We are not liable for stolen packages.

Delivery Process
Local customs may require additional documents and time to clear your package, potentially delaying delivery. Your order may be delivered by the local post office or a courier, depending on your location. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a notification card may be left with instructions for collection.

Duties and Taxes
Displayed prices on our website are tax-free in US Dollars. You may be liable for duties and taxes upon receipt of your order. These fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient.
