Built as a direct OEM replacement. Bolts into factory mounting points, plugs straight into the factory harness — no cutting, no splicing, no coding, zero error codes. The built-in CANBUS decoder handles all 2015–2023 Charger variants. Halogen models install straight from the box. Xenon/HID models use the included adapter harness.

The housing replaces the single OEM projector with a quad-projector array — 4 LED projectors per side, 8 total — delivering a sharper beam, wider road coverage, and the aggressive Hellcat-style front-end look. The LED DRL tube runs across the top and bottom of the housing with selectable white or amber output, giving you a clean daytime look that stands out in traffic.

That same LED tube functions as a Switchback Sequential Turn Signal — white for DRL, flowing amber when signaling. Cleaner and far more visible than the static OEM blinker. An Activation Light startup sequence fires every time you unlock the car: all four projectors illuminate in sequence, a front-end moment that makes clear this is not a stock Charger.

A built-in breathing vent system actively manages internal air pressure to prevent condensation and fogging — even in cold, wet, or high-humidity conditions. Sealed and submersion-tested. The housing and lens are engineered to hold their clarity and fitment precision for the life of the vehicle.

Direct Plug-In — No Wiring Required

Plugs directly into the factory OEM multi-pin connector. No rewiring, no modifications — your existing harness connects as-is.

Before you start: Confirm your factory headlight type (halogen vs. Xenon/HID) before starting. Xenon/HID models require the included adapter harness — do not connect without it.

Disconnect the battery

Remove the negative terminal. Prevents accidental shorts and allows the CANBUS system to reset cleanly before first boot with the new assemblies.

Remove the factory headlight

Open the hood. Remove the 3 mounting bolts (10mm socket) per side. Disconnect the factory wiring harness plugs and set OEM units aside.

Connect and mount the new assembly

Halogen models: plug the PrismBeam harness directly into the factory connector — direct match, no adapter needed. Xenon/HID models: connect the included adapter harness first. Seat the housing into the factory opening and hand-tighten the 3 bolts.

Reconnect battery and test all functions — Key Step

Reconnect the negative battery terminal. Test each function: DRL (white), turn signal (sequential amber sweep), high beam, low beam, and activation sequence. If any function is absent, re-seat all connector plugs before driving.
