Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

1. Return Authorization (RA) Required

All returns require prior authorization from PrismBeam and a valid Return Authorization (RA) number.

Returns received without a valid RA number may be refused or disposed of if unclaimed within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt.


2. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

After this 30-day period, all sales become final and are covered exclusively by our 2-Year Limited Warranty described in Section 9.


3. Return Eligibility & Required Documentation

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be new, unused, uninstalled, and in resaleable condition;

  • Be free from scratches, damage, modifications, or signs of installation;

  • Include all original accessories, components, manuals, tags, and packaging;

  • Have all original SKU labels and identification markings intact.

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@prismbeam.com to obtain an RA number.

Please include:

  • Your Order Number;

  • The reason for the return.

Photo Approval Requirement

Prior to return authorization, customers must submit clear, high-resolution photographs showing the product inside its original packaging.

Returns are subject to review and approval by our operations team.


4. Return Shipping

Returns Caused by PrismBeam

If the return results from:

  • A manufacturing defect;

  • Shipping damage; or

  • An incorrect item shipped by PrismBeam,

PrismBeam will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.

Customer-Initiated Returns

For returns requested due to customer preference, change of mind, ordering error, or any reason unrelated to a defect or shipping error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping Recommendation

Because our products are high-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns valued over $250.

PrismBeam is not responsible for returns lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Authorized Return Address

Do not return products to the address listed on the original package.

Returns must be shipped only to the return address provided with the approved RA number.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Shipping Damage Claims (48-Hour Notification Requirement)

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

To process the claim, please provide:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged product;

  • Photographs of the external shipping carton;

  • Photographs of all packaging materials.

Upon verification, PrismBeam will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, PrismBeam will cover all applicable shipping expenses and promptly arrange a replacement.


6. Non-Returnable Items & Restocking Fees

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products showing signs of installation or use;

  • Items with cut, modified, or altered wiring;

  • Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents;

  • Electronic components with broken, removed, or tampered security seals;

  • Custom-made, custom-etched, personalized, or special-order products;

  • Sale, clearance, or final-sale items;

  • Gift cards.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns that:

  • Show minor installation marks;

  • Are missing accessories, manuals, labels, or packaging materials; or

  • Require repackaging, cleaning, inspection, or refurbishment

may be subject to a restocking fee of up to twenty percent (20%) of the purchase price.

The applicable fee will be deducted from the refund amount.


7. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders canceled before being scanned by the carrier at our overseas fulfillment warehouse are eligible for a full refund.

PrismBeam will absorb all associated costs, including payment processing fees.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as returns.

The original outbound shipping cost incurred by PrismBeam will be deducted from the refund amount.

Out-of-Stock Orders

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, PrismBeam will notify the customer promptly and issue a full refund without any deductions.


8. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within three (3) to seven (7) business days.

Please note that financial institutions may require an additional eight (8) to fifteen (15) business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to PrismBeam's error, a defective product, or shipping damage.


9. 2-Year Limited Warranty

After the initial 30-day return period, all products are covered exclusively by PrismBeam's 2-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Coverage

At PrismBeam's sole discretion, warranty claims may be resolved through:

  • Replacement parts;

  • Repair components; or

  • Product replacement when necessary.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact support@prismbeam.com and provide:

  • Your Order Number;

  • A description of the issue;

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the defect.

PrismBeam reserves the right to request additional information to verify the warranty claim.

Shipping Costs

Replacement parts provided under warranty are supplied free of charge.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with receiving warranty replacement parts unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation;

  • Product misuse or abuse;

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs;

  • Physical damage caused by accidents;

  • Exposure to water, chemicals, extreme heat, or other environmental hazards;

  • Normal wear and tear;

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.


10. Additional Terms

PrismBeam reserves the right to inspect all returned products and determine eligibility for return, refund, exchange, or warranty service in accordance with this policy.

Any return that does not meet the conditions outlined herein may be rejected and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

PrismBeam reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, exchanges, or warranty claims in cases involving:

  • Product misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper installation;

  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations;

  • Missing components, accessories, labels, or original packaging;

  • Fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or excessive claims.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PrismBeam's total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.

PrismBeam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, installation, use, or inability to use its products.

PrismBeam reserves the right to modify this Return, Refund & Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any revisions will apply only to orders placed after the effective date of the updated policy.
