Shipping Policy

At PrismBeam, we are committed to providing safe, reliable, and transparent shipping for all orders, including aftermarket headlights, taillights, RGB lighting products, and other automotive lighting accessories.


1. Shipping Origin

PrismBeam currently fulfills orders through multiple fulfillment locations depending on product availability and inventory status.

U.S. Warehouse Fulfillment

Most in-stock products are shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse and are delivered through domestic shipping carriers.

Orders fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse generally offer the fastest delivery times within the contiguous United States.

Overseas Warehouse Fulfillment

Certain newly released, limited-production, or specialty products may be fulfilled directly from our overseas manufacturing or fulfillment facilities during initial launch periods.

This allows customers access to newly released products before inventory becomes available in our U.S. warehouse.

Products fulfilled from overseas locations may require additional transit time.

Shipping origin may vary without notice based on inventory availability, fulfillment efficiency, and operational requirements.


2. Shipping Coverage

PrismBeam currently ships to addresses located within the contiguous United States only.

We do not currently ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • Guam

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

  • Other U.S. territories

  • International destinations outside the United States

Orders placed with unsupported shipping destinations may be canceled and refunded.


3. Order Processing Times

Most orders are processed within:

U.S. Warehouse Orders

Processing Time:

1–3 Business Days

Overseas Warehouse Orders

Processing Time:

2–4 Business Days

Processing times may be extended during:

  • Holidays

  • Promotional events

  • Inventory audits

  • Severe weather events

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Force majeure events

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.


4. Estimated Shipping Times

All delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Estimated delivery times do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.

Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond PrismBeam's control.


5. Shipping Carriers

PrismBeam primarily utilizes trusted shipping partners, including but not limited to:

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • USPS

  • DHL

  • Other regional and logistics carriers

Carrier selection is determined at PrismBeam's sole discretion.


6. Shipping Fees

PrismBeam offers Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders shipped within our supported shipping region.

Additional shipping fees may apply in circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Returned packages

  • Refused deliveries

  • Re-shipment requests

  • Address correction requests after shipment

Applicable fees will be communicated before re-shipment is arranged.


7. Order Tracking

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking information is typically generated within 24–48 business hours after shipment.

Customers may track shipments using:

  • The tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email; or

  • PrismBeam's Order Tracking page.

Tracking updates may require several business days to appear, particularly for overseas shipments or during carrier transfer periods.

If tracking information remains unavailable after several business days, customers may contact:

for assistance.


8. Orders Containing Multiple Products

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.

Separate shipments may occur due to:

  • Inventory availability

  • Warehouse location

  • Packaging requirements

  • Product dimensions

  • Carrier restrictions

Packages may arrive on different dates.

Customers should allow additional transit time before reporting missing items.


9. Risk of Loss and Delivery Responsibility

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout, as confirmed by the carrier's delivery records.

Once a carrier marks a package as "Delivered," PrismBeam's responsibility for the shipment is considered fulfilled.

PrismBeam shall not be responsible for:

  • Theft after delivery

  • Porch piracy

  • Misplacement after delivery

  • Delivery to a secure location designated by the carrier

  • Mailroom acceptance

  • Apartment office acceptance

  • Neighbor acceptance

  • Other delivery arrangements completed by the carrier

Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.


10. Damaged Packages

Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.

If a package arrives damaged, customers must notify PrismBeam within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after the 48-hour reporting period may be denied.

To process a shipping damage claim, customers must provide:

  • Order Number

  • Photographs of the damaged product

  • Photographs of the shipping box

  • Photographs of packaging materials

  • Description of the damage

Upon verification, PrismBeam will assist in filing a carrier claim and determine an appropriate resolution.


11. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking indicates a package has been delivered but the customer cannot locate it, customers should first:

  • Check around the delivery location;

  • Check with household members;

  • Check mailrooms or parcel lockers;

  • Contact neighbors;

  • Contact the carrier directly.

PrismBeam is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost, stolen, misplaced, or otherwise unavailable.

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in locating shipments.


12. Return to Sender

Packages returned due to customer-related issues may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Examples include:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Refused delivery

  • Failure to receive package

  • Failure to retrieve package from carrier hold location

Customers are responsible for all re-shipping costs associated with returned packages.


13. Carrier Delays

PrismBeam is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier capacity limitations

  • Labor strikes

  • Customs inspections

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Supply chain interruptions

  • Peak season shipping volume

  • Government actions

  • Force majeure events

Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.


14. Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

For any future international shipments, customers are responsible for all applicable:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

  • Government assessments

  • Other import-related charges

PrismBeam has no control over such fees and cannot predict their amount.


15. Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that shipping information is complete and accurate at checkout.

PrismBeam is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional expenses resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment status, address changes may not be possible.


16. Policy Updates

PrismBeam reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this website.

Continued use of the website and placement of orders constitutes acceptance of the updated Shipping Policy.
