Installation Guide

Required Tools:

  • 10mm Socket
  • Ratchet + Extension
  • Trim Tool / Flathead
  • Wire Cutters / Zip Ties

Step 1: Remove Top Fasteners

Open the hood. Remove the plastic clips securing the top cover. Then remove the 10mm bolts on top of the grille and below the air intake.

Step 2: Remove Bottom & Side Bolts

Remove all 10mm bolts and clips from the bottom of the bumper. Inside the wheel wells, remove the clips securing the bumper edges.

Step 3: Remove Front Bumper

Pull the bumper outwards from the edges to unclip it. Carefully remove the bumper and disconnect the fog lights (if equipped).

Step 4: Remove Factory Headlight

Remove the four 10mm bolts securing the headlight. Unplug the wiring harness and remove the factory headlight.

Step 5: Connect DRL Harness (ACC)

Locate the included ACC harness. Open the fuse box and find an ignition-switched fuse (usually a 15A Blue fuse). Remove the original fuse, insert the harness tap, and route the wires to connect to the ACC plug on both headlights.

Step 6: Install and Test

Connect all plugs (Main + ACC). Temporarily secure the headlights and test all functions (DRL, Signals, Beams). Once confirmed, tidy up the wiring and reinstall the bumper.

The following section applies ONLY to RGB Models. If you purchased the standard version, your installation is complete.

Note: If the lights do not illuminate after installation, please see the last page:

Common Issues & Solutions

1. Light does not turn on after installation

Please first check whether the wiring harness connectors are properly connected and fully seated. Inspect the pins inside the connector to ensure none are bent or misaligned.

If any pins are bent, you may carefully straighten them using a paper clip or other small precision tool, then reconnect the plug securely.

2. Swap test

If the light still does not illuminate, try swapping the left and right lights to determine whether the issue is related to the light unit itself or the vehicle wiring.

3. Condensation inside the light

Condensation may occur due to temperature differences, which is a normal physical phenomenon. After the light has been operating for a period of time and the internal temperature stabilizes, the moisture will naturally dissipate.

This does not affect brightness, performance, or the lifespan of the light.
