INSTALLATION GUIDE
Tools Required for Installation:
- Ratchet
- 10mm Deep Socket
- Trim Panel Removal Tool (or Flathead Screwdriver)

Part 1: Remove Factory Tail Lights
Step 1: Remove Trunk Trim Panel
Open the trunk and locate the large plastic knobs securing the rear trim panel. Unscrew them by hand and pull the trim panel straight up to remove it.
Step 2: Remove Side Liner Pins
Use a trim removal tool to pop out the plastic push pin securing the side trunk liner. Peel back the liner to access the tail light mounting nuts.
Step 3: Disconnect Factory Plug
Locate the factory wiring harness connector. Press the release tab and disconnect the plug from the tail light housing
Step 4: Unscrew Mounting Nuts
Use a 10mm socket to remove the three nuts securing the tail light to the vehicle body. Keep these nuts handy as you will reuse them.

Step 5: Remove Tail Light Assembly
From the outside, firmly pull the tail light assembly straight back to release it from the body clips. Remove the rubber grommet with the harness.

Part 2: Install New RGB Tail Lights
Step 6: Feed Harness Through Body
Feed the wiring harness of the new tail light through the hole in the body. Firmly press the rubber grommet into place to ensure a watertight seal.

Step 7: Secure the New Light
Align the new tail light and push it until it clicks. Reinstall the three 10mm factory nuts from inside the trunk and tighten them securely.

Step 8: Connect & Test
Connect the new tail light plug to the factory harness. Ensure it clicks into place. Test the brake, turn signs, and reverse lights before reinstalling the trunk liner

Common Issues & Solutions
1. Tail light does not turn on after installation
Please first check whether the wiring harness connectors are properly connected and fully seated. Inspect the pins inside the connector to ensure none are bent or misaligned.
If any pins are bent, you may carefully straighten them using a paper clip or other small precision tool, then reconnect the plug securely.
2. Swap test
If the tail light still does not illuminate, try swapping the left and right tail lights to determine whether the issue is related to the light unit itself or the vehicle wiring.
3. Condensation inside the tail light
Condensation may occur due to temperature differences, which is a normal physical phenomenon. After the tail light has been operating for a period of time and the internal temperature stabilizes, the moisture will naturally dissipate.
This does not affect brightness, performance, or the lifespan of the tail light.
