What makes PrismBeam headlights different from stock headlights?

Are these headlights easy to install? Do they require modifications?
Yes — they plug into your factory connectors, and anything extra your vehicle needs is in the box or covered in the installation manual. The RGB/app feature needs one power + ground connection.
Will I get error codes or hyperflash?
CANbus decoders are built in, and anything else needed to prevent hyperflash is in the box, so you should not see dash errors or hyperflash. If you do, contact us and we will help.
Will these headlights fog or form condensation?
A little moisture right after install, or after rain or a car wash, is normal. The pressure-equalizing vent lets it clear on its own with regular use, usually within about a week.
Are these headlights road legal?
They are DOT/SAE compliant, with a beam pattern built for U.S. roads that does not throw excessive glare at oncoming drivers.

These headlights changed the whole look of my Charger. The quad projectors look mean, and the RGB looks crazy at night. Fitment was good and install was easier than I expected.
Way better in person. The RGB is clean, not cheap-looking, and the front end looks way more aggressive now.

Shipping was very quick, and the lights were packaged extremely well. Unfortunately, that is about the only positive experience I’ve had so far.
I specifically ordered these lights for a 2021 Dodge Charger, and the website’s fitment information showed that these lights were compatible with my vehicle.
After receiving them on Thursday, I opened everything up and immediately checked the Molex connections. I even took the lights out to my vehicle to verify the fit. My factory wiring harness does not connect to the lights, and neither of the adapters supplied with them will connect to my factory plug. The connectors are close, but they are not the same and will not properly plug into each other.
This is especially frustrating because the website makes these appear to be a direct, plug-and-play replacement for the 2021 Dodge Charger. Based on what I received, I am now questioning whether the fitment information on the website is accurate or whether I was sent the wrong lights or adapters.
I contacted the company Thursday evening, the same day I received the lights. I have called multiple times, left a voicemail, and sent an email explaining the issue. It is now Sunday, and I still have not received a response by phone or email. Their website indicates that responses generally take about 24 hours, but I have heard nothing after several attempts to contact them.
If I could rate the overall experience zero stars, I would. I’m giving one star because the shipping was fast and the product was packaged well. Unfortunately, a product advertised as fitting my 2021 Dodge Charger that does not connect to the factory wiring, combined with no response from customer service, leaves me unable to recommend it.
