Direct Plug-In — No Wiring Required

This set is designed around OE-style plug locations for direct vehicle-side connection. Main lighting functions are integrated inside the housing, helping reduce wiring complexity and installation mistakes.

Before you start:

Disconnect battery and remove the factory assemblies

Open the hood, disconnect the negative battery terminal, remove the grille and trim pieces needed for access, then unbolt the factory headlights.

Unplug OE connectors and compare mounting points

Disconnect the factory plugs, place the new PrismBeam units beside the OE housings, and confirm all tabs, guides, and hardware positions match before installation.

Plug in the new headlights and test every function

Connect the OE-style plugs, then test low beam, high beam, amber DRL, and sequential turn signal before reinstalling the grille and trim.

Aim and lock the beam pattern — Key Step

After both lights are mounted, align the beam cutoff on level ground before tightening all hardware. Correct aiming protects oncoming traffic and gives you the full benefit of the projector beam pattern.

Beam alignment required after installation. Park 25 feet from a flat wall on level ground. Adjust the vertical aim screw until the low-beam cutoff line sits 2 inches below the projected center height. Misaligned headlights create glare for oncoming drivers and reduce your own visibility — do not skip this step.
